    Prices, availability, and travel details are subject to change without notice. TeamScott LLC Travel does not guarantee pricing, availability, or outcomes beyond coordination services.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate personal and travel information

    • Reviewing all travel documents

    • Ensuring passports, visas, and health requirements are met

    Payments & Fees

    Service fees, deposits, and payment terms will be disclosed prior to booking. All payments are subject to supplier policies.

    Cancellations & Changes

    Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the policies of travel suppliers. TeamScott LLC Travel is not responsible for supplier penalties or fees.

    Limitation of Liability

    TeamScott LLC Travel is not liable for:

    • Supplier delays, cancellations, or errors

    • Weather events, strikes, or acts of nature

    • Loss, injury, or damages during travel

    Referral Program

    Referral bonuses, if offered, are subject to eligibility requirements and confirmation after travel completion. Terms may change at any time.
